Job description

Infosys is seeking a Data, Analytics and AI Principal Consultant. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, anchor the engagement effort for assignments from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment. As a thought leader in your domain, you will be the key advisor to architecture and design reviews. You will anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training and in-house capability building. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Cincinnati, OH or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.Manage client relationships at Director/GM at customer organizationAt least 11 years of Information Technology experienceAt least 7 years of experience in Data, Analytics and AI preferably in the Retail domainDemonstrated experience in account management for an account of size > 5 million per annumGood experience in managing projects in Data, Analytics and AI domainAble to understand the architecture on any cloud data platform and identify potential opportunities for improvementAll applicants authorized to work in the United States are encouraged to apply.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in solving business problem in the relevant industry, understanding of E2E functional flows of the customer businessAble to lead the team at customer location and experience in managing large teams in a global delivery modelAble to create a Business Plan for expanding business – with a good understanding of potential business opportunities, competition strengths and weaknessesContinuous improvement, Innovation, and growth MindsetGood communication, articulation, and presentation skillsGood understanding of solutions, accelerators and value proposition in Data, Analytics and AILearnability and focus on new / emerging areasGood understanding of Agile software development frameworksAbility to work in teams in a diverse, multi-stakeholder environment comprising of Business and Technology teamsExperience and desire to work in a global delivery environmentThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
