Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Technical Project Manager
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.
Responsibilities
Assign consultant resources to support refinement and execution of the Technology PMO Framework to support the Technology delivery
Own/Drive key functions within the Horizon Technology PMO Framework including Initiative Coverage, Risk and Issue Management, Dependency Management, Reporting and Communications
Participate/Lead Technology PMO Leadership Meetings, Program Status Meetings and Senior Stakeholder Meetings
Meeting Materials preparation and review (Status Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Senior Management Meetings
Ability to understand and explain the scope of work between all client tech departments and vendors when applicable.
Ensure the design and data handoffs from the coverage area aligns to the design and data requirements of the upstream and downstream applications that are reliant on the data from this coverage area
Explain how the process will work to all interested parties outside the execution team – from a business, operational and technical perspective
Responsible for tracking progress, rolling up the status of tech PMO, raise concerns and roadblocks for transparency
Create runbook for critical program milestones including UAT Production Parallel and ensure those tasks fold into the larger plan successfully.
Lead the planning and execution of projects within the batch operations domain.
Monitor batch production performance, identify and resolve issues, and optimize efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications
BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Strong experience in Investment Management. Understanding trade life cycle
Engage with existing PMO team/leadership and aligned Program Managers to understand the existing framework and processes of the Technology PMO.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management techniques.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $60000 to $75000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
