Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Prompt Engineer
In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities
• Prompt Design and Development: Creating and refining prompts for various AI applications, including text generation, translation, question answering, and more.
• AI Model Understanding: Deeply understanding how AI models, especially LLMs, process information and generate responses.
• Systematic Evaluation: Developing and implementing methods to evaluate prompt performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaboration: Working with product teams, data scientists, and engineers to integrate AI functionalities into products and applications.
• Optimization:Continuously refining prompts based on feedback and performance data to ensure optimal AI output.
• Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and machine learning to enhance prompt design.
• Ethical Considerations:Ensuring prompts are used responsibly and ethically, particularly in areas like content generation and data analysis.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
• BE/B Tech/MCA
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Natural Language Processing (NLP), Python, Scripting, AWS, Gen AI.
• Programming Proficiency, Data Analysis
• Problem-solving and Analytical Skills, Communication Skills
• Creative Writing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize AI responses.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain AI behaviors and model outputs to non-technical stakeholders.
