Drives adoption and manages high-quality execution to enhance business outcomes. Responsible for generating new concepts from inception to successful execution, managing strategic partnerships. **Overall Accountability** + Develops and drives strategic collaborations based on thought leadership of current trends and analysis relevant to the appropriate domain. + Identify and conceptualize innovative partnerships that will advance business goals and align to the organizations or customers strategic initiatives. + Seeks alignment and collaboration across the stake holders to bring together ideas to generate outcomes that are transformative and scalable. **Individual Accountability** + PUX Project + Research and evaluation of Technology Companies + Proposal and introduction of technologies of Technology Companies to Customer Company of PUX + Intermediation between Customer Company of PUX and Technology Companies + Ongoing monitoring of Technology Companies and technologies introduced + EW Project + Research the potential business opportunity for Hydrogen Fuel Cells and related energy products in the US and clarify potential customers' names. + Clarify the approach to modifying EW’s existing products to meet the local customers’ needs in the US. + Lead to the realization of modified products and a business model that attracts customers and meets their needs. + Plan the strategy to acquire customers with a convincing product and service proposal. + Leads the customer acquisition process, communicating directly with potential customers. + PNA/PSC Project + Research the potential business opportunity for OT-SOC products in the US and clarify the potential customers' names. + Plan the strategy to acquire customers by adapting appropriate business options to meet customer needs. + Leads the customer acquisition process, communicating directly with potential customers. **Qualifications** **What You'll Bring:** **Experience** + Promotion skill of strategic partnership with startup communities **Education** + BA or MA degree from Science, International politics and management **Competencies** + Required over 10 years of partnership management experience + Advanced Demonstrated leadership skills with multiple stake holders. + Ability to know cost conscious and demonstrated cost-effective collaboration schemes. + Ability to develop reach consensus and successfully complete projects. + Ability to analyze technical options and present clear, concise and financially justified recommendations to senior management. + Ability to respond to the challenges of successfully operating within an organization which is highly energetic, aggressive and completely committed to quality, service and the attainment of short- and long-term goals. + Ability to plan, set priorities, schedule workloads and utilize time effectively.
