We are looking for a high-caliber, results-focused business development executive with a talent for stakeholder management. This person will enjoy developing broad and strong relationships with external organizations and other parts of Amazon to find opportunities to grow Amazon Business. External organizations may include eProcurement system providers, Invoicing specialists, consultancies that undertake procurement-related work, trade associations and travel and expense management partners. This individual will nurture and rapidly expand existing partnerships, establish new lead generation and customer acquisition opportunities, demonstrate the results and play an important role in shaping Amazon Business’s partnership strategy globally.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of highly skilled professionals located in different regions
- Innovate, obsessively monitor the voice of the customer and deep-dive on technological solutions to help drive our roadmap of partner integrations, GTM function, joint campaigns and partner success
- Identify technology and commercial opportunities with partners, defining business cases to justify investment where required, and drive rapid progress from team in executing against these opportunities, primarily focused on GTM campaigns
- Develop deep and broaden relationships with senior executives at partner organizations to stimulate activity and uncover new opportunities and coach a team on doing the same
- Lead contractual negotiations and onboard new partners
- Share learnings and align on the Best of Amazon across regions (US, EU, Japan, Canada)
- Explore and establish new alliances to grow the business in collaboration with international colleagues
- Identify mechanisms to track results and feed these back to colleagues and internal leaders
- Collaborate with, and influence, sales, marketing, product managers and other internal stakeholders
