What You'll Do at Pega:

40% Business process management:
- Manage business process design and support delivery efforts including developing the business logic and business process optimization.
- Works with Product Management Team in understanding the business strategy and objectives by studying the business function, gathering information, and evaluating output requirements.
- Lead and/or Support backlog refinement and prioritization.
- Research new areas for product coverage expansion in order to acquire expertise to support development
- Support analysis teams to elicit detailed business designs and partner with domain and technical teams to develop business process as required.
- Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities that may include process improvement and/or enhancement.

40% Support systems development:
- Contribute to or lead the relevant Agile ceremonies.
- Supports and provides direction to scrum team to ensure that process design guidance is consistent with overall product direction.
- With the team, supports the on-time delivery of high-quality software releases, managing dependencies and deliverables across the organization. 
- Create all the artefacts, such as the user stories and supporting attachments, needed by the team to develop new features and functionalities or amend existing ones.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather ideas and/or requirements in order to create the appropriate solutions.

20% Customer and field support:
- Contribute to customer facing sales and/or implementation teams, providing product knowledge and pertinent best practices.
- Support Demo strategy, planning and contribute to the successful delivery.
- Supports constructive relationships with current and new clients, helping existing account teams as needed with troubleshooting, facilitation, training, and advocacy.

What You've Accomplished:

Experience in following areas:
-Business Process Design & Optimization
-Requirements Elicitation and Prioritization
-Agile methodology
-Software roadmap planning
-Stakeholder management
-Market Specific experience
-BS/BA or equivalent
-6+ years of work experience in Financial Services or Insurance 
-4+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Demonstrated competence and knowledge of best practices specific to the industry being served
- Demonstrated ability to understand client requirements and define the appropriate features needed to meet those requirements
- Worked closely with scrum teams in grooming of epics/user stories, provides clarifications to the teams
