BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As a Principal Billing Analyst, you’ll use your expert knowledge of ICOMS, CSG billing system and/or Product Catalog to manage technical operational and design management. You’ll react and resolve issues promptly to ensure production stability and avoid service interruption for the customer that supports the Online Digital Catalog.
WHAT OUR PRINCIPAL BILLING ANALYSTS ENJOY MOST
You’ll work in a dynamic, collaborative, office environment. On a given day you’ll deliver billing platform interface support, support testing efforts, validate testing enhancements, troubleshoot interface issues, work with billing vendors, perform research, and mentor junior team members.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Telecom, Billing Platform Application, and CSG/ICOMS/Siebel/Product Catalog experience: 10 years or more; Previous lead or SME experience: 5 years or more Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent training, education, and experience Technical skills: Expert knowledge in the use of SQL, parameter entry, security, and product and pricing structure; Proficient in using personal computer and software applications (Word processing, spreadsheet, Visio, Project, etc.); Advanced knowledge of broad IT operations and interconnectivity of systems Abilities: Identify complex problems, evaluate options, and implement solutions; Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Working conditions: Office environment; Travel Ability: 25%; Hybrid Schedule: Four in-office days weeklyPreferred Qualifications
