**Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Architect for a contract role to oversee the architecture and strategic direction of our Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with these technologies and will be responsible for guiding and implementing best practices to ensure robust, scalable, and innovative solutions. **Responsibilities:** + Provide architectural oversight and technical leadership for Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint solutions. + Develop and execute strategic plans for the integration and optimization of these platforms in alignment with business goals. + Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions utilizing the Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint ecosystems. + Technical Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert on all aspects of these technologies, providing guidance and mentorship to development teams. + Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and comprehensive solutions. + Skilled in developing and training users for Copilot Agent and Power Apps. + Implementing governance policies for Power Platform environments. + Experience with the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) tool. + Proficient in Powershell scripting. + Experienced in migration tools like ShareGate; supporting migration from Clienture files to SharePoint. + Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously innovate and enhance platform capabilities. + Governance and Compliance: Ensure that all solutions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements. + Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate architectural documentation for all solutions and processes. **Technical Skills:** + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and SharePoint. + Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale enterprise solutions. + Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Clienture. + Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell). **Certifications:** Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., **Microsoft Certified: Clienture Solutions Architect Expert** ) are highly desirable. **Qualifications:** + Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on Exchange, Copilot, Power Platform, and SharePoint. + Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
