+ Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines + Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and designers to ensure that design solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with architectural standards and principles + Develop and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices for the organization that are optimized for BIM + Identify and mitigate design risks and issues by collaborating with project teams, designers, and stakeholders + Ensure all architectural designs are consistent with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals + Participate in project planning and governance activities to ensure that designs are aligned with business requirements and project objectives + Collaborate with other architects and stakeholders to identify and resolve cross-functional design issues + Liaise with the statutory and local authorities to obtain design approvals + Lead by example and ensure QMS and Project Life Cycle compliance across team and projects + The candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institute. + At least 12 years of proven experience in a similar role demonstrating an exemplary track record + Experience in working on projects in Middle East. + Expert knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines + Expert knowledge in BIM processes – combine and review models, clash detection, manage changes etc. + Excellent technical writing skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and collaboration skills + Commercial acumen + Technical capability and Delivery + Leadership and teamwork + Agility and adaptability
