No relocation is offered** **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + **Team Leadership:** leads team of Professional Services Consultants and Senior Consultants. + **Client Engagement & Management:** Manage client relationships, ensure efficient delivery of services, and maintain high service quality. + **Practice Development:** Collaborate and contribute to practice solution development for new and innovative solutions. + **Sales:** Drive self and others to generate new revenue supporting AT&T Connected Solutions (ACS) wireless and other AT&T solutions professional services and solution offers including and proposal development, including work steps and cost estimates. + **Project Management:** Ensure project quality by supervising projects teams and ensuring proper project delivery by the teams who develop project plans, design strategies, and select team members, including matrixed personnel and third-party consultants. + **Delivery Support:** Act as a senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the delivery of IoT and Mobility strategy engagements and transformation projects performed primarily by assigned consultants and other team members. + **Finance & Operations:** Provide Profit & Loss (P&L) Management of direct practice areas and projects including revenue and accrual processing, invoicing/billing, and capital/operational expense administration. + **Channel Management:** Work collaboratively across multiple sales channels supporting ACS, Integrated Solutions & Consulting (IS&C), and core sales teams including Manufacturing, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Retail, Public Sector, and other targeted verticals. + **Problem Solving:** Analyze extremely complex problems, requiring evaluation of intangible factors. + **Marketing:** Develop strategic plans and perform tactical execution in support of assigned solutions, including collateral development, sales enablement, event marketing, and related activities. + **Technical Expertise:** Demonstrate broad knowledge of the field and strong leadership skills to resolve highly complex problems in areas such as 5G/Private Cellular Networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), and other solution areas. + **Human Resources Management:** Oversee the work efforts of team members, influence hiring, **provide input on** performance appraisals, and pay reviews. + **Employee Development:** Coach and develop direct report subordinates. **Education and Experience:** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree (Must), Master’s Degree (Plus) + **Experience:** Typically requires eight to ten years of direct work experience. + **Supervisory:** Supervisory and management skills are essential. + **Prior IoT/Mobility technical Experience:** Demonstrated Technical leadership in IoT and Mobility technologies and business solutions + **Prior Consulting or other Professionals services leadership (Plus).** Have professional service leadership or solution leadership.
