Saviynt Federal is hiring a US Citizen who is clearance eligible, for a key technical leadership role responsible for designing and overseeing the development of customer cybersecurity systems to meet the specific needs of government agencies. This role involves defining the overall software architecture, ensuring it aligns with security standards, and guiding professional services teams in implementing the chosen solutions.

They ensure customers effectively utilize our product, achieve their desired outcomes, and build strong, lasting relationships with our Federal customers as trusted advisors.
Saviynt's Privileged Access Management (PAM) is a cloud-based solution designed to secure and manage privileged access across hybrid and multi-cloud environments. It focuses on identity-driven access control, leveraging a converged platform with Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). Saviynt PAM aims to reduce the risk of cyber threats by controlling and monitoring access to critical resources, including endpoints, applications, and cloud services.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGLead requirement gathering sessions with customers and propose solutions following best practices of PAMLead PAM design, implementation and deploymentWork in high security areas of the US GovernmentSupport RFP and LOE (Level of Effort) for new opportunitiesProvide support for production PAM infrastructure systems and processesOperate as a technical subject matters expert in the PAM spaceMentor and coach junior resources within the teamWHAT YOU BRINGU.S. Citizenship: Applicants must be United States citizens.US Federal Government Clearance Eligible: Meet US persons on US soil requirements. Undergo full background investigation/screening. Undergo IAL3 requirements (Identity proofing to include I-9 document verification, biometric collection, and mailing address confirmation)
A minimum of 10 years of experience with Information Security or in a technology related field, preferably on Identity and Access Management domainBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent professional experienceExperience implementing at least two of the following PAM solutions: CyberArk, Centrify, BeyondTrust, Thycotic, Hitachi ID, DelineaHands on experience installing and configuring Vault, DR and Break-glass process.Integration experience of PAM solution with at least three or more out of on-prem servers, AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS Applications, Web Application, Network Devices (Firewall/Switches/Routers), Active Directory (multiple domain setup)Architect and design technology components such as deployment architecture, PSM, Vault, access control based on certain privileges etcKnowledge on platform security, administration and management, such as Linux/UNIX / Windows system administrationExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce quality documentationAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to think strategically, evaluate and resolve customer problemsProven presentation skills and the ability to shape business decisionsMotivation to mentor and lead$160,000 - $260,000 a yearWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, learning and tremendous opportunities to grow and advance in your career. At Saviynt, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and final compensation decisions are dependent on many factors including, but are not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other relevant business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $160,000 - $260,000 annually. You may also be eligible to participate in a Saviynt discretionary bonus plan, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
