We are looking for a Principal Applied Scientist to join our team and help shape the future of AI-powered video creation. As an applied scientist at Microsoft, you’ll have access to cutting-edge generative AI models, LLMs, AI tooling and research. You will collaborate with research teams, build and fine-tune models, and design world-class solutions that simplify and elevate video creation. From automating editing tasks to enabling entirely new forms of storytelling, you’ll help build the next generation of intelligent, user-friendly, video tools. 

You’ll join a nimble, cross-disciplinary team embedded within Microsoft, working alongside engineers, product managers, designers, and researchers to deliver innovative solutions.
