Develop and implement advanced analytics models and solutions to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and formulate analytical solutions. Lead the design and execution of experiments to test hypotheses and build predictive models. Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to provide ongoing reports. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets. Develop and maintain databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality. Work with management to prioritize business and information needs. Locate and define new process improvement opportunities. Build relationships with stakeholders and exert influence to change current ways of thinking. 25% domestic travel required.

Job Requirements

Position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 7 years of relevant experience. In the alternative, we will accept a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.

Also, must have experience in:

• Predictive and Prescriptive modeling using Python, SQL, DAX, and M;
• Machine Learning algorithm use (neural networks, mixed-effect modeling, k-means, boosted trees, ensemble techniques, and large language models);
• Visualization skills using tools like PowerBI or Tableau;
• Spark platform;
• Statistical Analysis techniques (multivariate regression, logistic regression, ARIMA, MAPE, and developing control charts including the statistics needed for R charts, P charts, and X Bar charts.); and
• Linear and non-linear programming for optimization.
