You Are:

The Principal Analyst is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, implementation, and leading department assignments.  This position operates within broad objectives to ensure optimum utilization of manpower and budget.

 

The Opportunity:

·       Leads and develops team members.

·       Responsible for the development and delivery of multiple concurrent projects/programs that encompass business process design and improvement.

·       Supports various initiatives in requirements definition, documentation of current and future state business capabilities, process development, process flows, training, and internal/external communications.

·       Performs process verification/validation audits and presents findings and actionable recommendations.

·       Designs performance feedback systems to assess the resolution of business process deficiencies and installs appropriate controls.

·       Accountable for supporting business teams to identify and deliver significant and quantifiable business improvements through the application of lean, six sigma, and/or other process improvement methodologies.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What You Need:

·       Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, health care, information systems, statistics, or a related field. 

·       Master’s degree in a related field is preferred. 

·       Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. 

·       Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.

·       Seven years’ experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas (e.g. process improvement, project planning, health care economics, health care policy, statistical modeling, business decisions, analysis, or business management).

·       Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas.

·       Ability to work independently, within a team environment, and communicate effectively with employees at all levels.

·       Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma performance improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification) is a plus!!

·       Excellent organization skills and ability to effectively multitask in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

·       Ability to lead and facilitate cross functional team meetings.

·       Working knowledge of project management disciplines and methods.

·       Knowledge of MS Project.

·       Excellent knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and SAS.

·       Working Knowledge of software packages such as Visio, Minitab, Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word

·       Ability to understand and apply statistical inference.

 

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST HealthProof provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Remote

Compensation Range:  $88,000-$112,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue up to 16 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses. Certain regular employees may have the potential for quarterly incentive-based bonuses and or commissions depending on role. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
