Key Responsibilities: Project Leadership: * Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI solutions * Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and domain experts to align technical solutions with business goals * Drive agile delivery through sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives Technical Execution: * Design and deploy AI agents and tools for business use * Integrate advanced AI solutions, including LLMs and semantic search engines * Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective AI systems on AWS or GCP * Embed AI models into existing workflows and systems * Optimize models via hyperparameter tuning, A/B testing, and performance monitoring * Implement document processing with embeddings and indexing * Integrate knowledge graphs and ensure ethical AI practices * Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
