You will join as the Principal AI Engineer where you will work on cutting-edge technologies Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, RAG, MCP, scalable AI architectures and develop solutions at the forefront of modern artificial intelligence. As the leader of the AI Engineering team, you will tackle some of the university's highest priority initiatives while collaborating with our renowned faculty, students, and industry-leading technical teams. This position is primarily remote with periodic in-person meetings on campus. You Will:

AI Solution Architecture & Implementation - Design and develop scalable AI applications and agents using state-of-the-art frameworks and tools. Technical Leadership & Team Guidance - Lead a team of AI full-stack developers and specialists, providing technical mentorship, defining best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work with university faculty, students, and other technical teams (e.g., Data Engineering, Automation Engineering, Information Technology Services) to align AI solutions with institutional goals and research opportunities.
