Job Overview
The Principal Account Executive, Security Product Sales is a sales visionary and passionate about enabling customers to achieve their outcomes by improving their Security posture. They will serve as a Cyber Security Ambassador for T-Mobile Business Group, by effectively communicating the value and capabilities of our offerings to potential and existing customers. They will work closely with customer CISOs, CIOs, and security leadership to understand their unique security challenges and align T-Mobile's cybersecurity solutions with their organizational needs. The deep domain expertise required in this role allows TBG to have a Sellers that are equipped to have end to end Security conversations with our customers and also at industry events- thereby improving our brand.

Job Responsibilities: Drives new business acquisition for T-Mobile for Business. Leverages deep domain expertise in B2B Cyber Security to understand technology trends, market competition and the general business climate. Defines and implements programmatic sales approach for target organizations. Achieves or exceeds assigned sales targets and other assigned objectives. Negotiates and closes business deals. Maintains accurate pipeline and forecast for revenue target achievement. Aligns actions to TFB and Company Vision, Mission, and Strategy. Partners with internal teams and resources from Marketing, Sales Engineering, Sales Support, Product & Development, etc., to guide roadmap for Security portfolio and create effective assets for the Sales community and customers. Leverages technical acumen and deep domain expertise to relate to business value. Develops strong relationships with TBG Segment Sales, Product and Implementation leadership to create business use cases and identify new routes to market. Recommend any additions or changes in Collaboration and Productivity portfolio offerings as appropriate. Leverages technical acumen and deep domain expertise to relate to business value. Education and Work Experience:High School Diploma/GED (Required) Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Business to business (B2B) selling to Large Enterprise Customers (Fortune 100) Required Selling Collaboration, Customer Experience and/or Productivity solutions. Required Experience creating and delivering EBC presentations, general meetings, and events with C Suite level executives. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Communication Active listening, confident communicator; speak with clarity and positive tone. Total Target Cash Pay Range: $190,400 - $343,500, inclusive of target incentives

Base Pay Range: $133,280 - $240,450

The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
