Responsibilities
Oversight - tracking of regional application delivery governance and compliance.
Define and drive the development of effective process / governance frameworks that are aligned with the technology strategy.
Manage all APAC approvals for new software requests
Own and drive quarterly planning process and ensure priorities are clearly communicated and completed within the quarter.
Focuses on the management of business operations and business engagement from an operational and financial standpoint, including but not limited to IT related finance processes, planning, reporting and continuous improvement.
Aid in communicating with multiple stakeholders at a time, manage stakeholder expectations, and gain consensus in cases of conflict.
Provide effective project management support to teams on projects and/or assist other Project Managers on actionable streams of other large projects.
Design and develop project plans, cost model, project timeline roadmap to assist the delivery team in meeting stakeholder expectations.
Ensuring pre-scope project plan is communicated to all project stakeholders together with their individual responsibilities.
Prepare status reports (daily / weekly / monthly) for projects and programs.
Design health scorecard for the projects / programs and socialize them with Management to aid in effective program management & governance.
Identification and implementation of cost saving measurements.
Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products and services.
Implement governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of program deliverables.
Facilitate Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository.
Manage the program level risks and issues register.
Conduct post implementation reviews and identify any lessons learned.

Experience & Education
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Information & Computer Science, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science.
6+ years of experience in project & program management, and delivery management areas.
Strong project management and technical knowledge.
Working knowledge in Agile principles and 2+ years of experience in implementing Agile methodologies for projects.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record of driving decisions collaboratively and follow through
Have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing both internal and external resources to get the job done. Work through issues and challenges
Ability to do technical design and documentation.
Have excellent technical leadership
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
Self-starter and motivator and ability to work in team and solo
Experience working on Data /Application related projects
Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum, PMO tools like – Azure Devops, Jira.
Experience in working with cross functional team spanning multiple locations
Has worked on at least 3 large projects
Strong in written and verbal communications
Experience in real estate business domain is preferred
Estimated total compensation for this position:
184,300.00 – 267,200.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
