What You’ll DoArchitect and implement high-scale, fault-tolerant systems across cloud-native platforms.Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams across multiple domains.Drive strategic decisions in platform architecture, API design, CI/CD automation, and observability.Partner with product, operations, and SRE teams to deliver platforms that are maintainable, performant, and business-aligned.Guide the evaluation and integration of modern technologies and frameworks that improve system capabilities.Lead deep-dive design sessions, technical reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on engineering excellence.

What You’ll Bring15+ years of software engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.Expertise in building and scaling distributed backend systems, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or logistics domains.Fluency in one or more backend languages (e.g., Java, Go, C++) and related frameworks.Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.Strong understanding of system design patterns, scalability, failover strategies, and performance optimization.Demonstrated ability to lead architectural vision and influence engineering culture across organizations.Deep familiarity with telemetry, logging, tracing, and alerting practices.

Preferred QualificationsBackground in enterprise-scale platform development.Experience working with financial  systems, payment platforms, or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) controls.Ability to mentor, guide, and elevate engineers across experience levels.Contributions to open-source or technical communities.Passion for fostering a culture of technical excellence.
