Job DescriptionThe Digital and Authentication Solutions Team is responsible for leading the digital transformation of the eCommerce ecosystem, driving the adoption and performance of tokenization and other digital products, and increasing card presence penetration with the digital wallets — with tokenization serving as the foundation of Visa’s digital payments infrastructure. In this role, you will lead the Tap to Everything initiative, the Visa Data Token program, Dynamic CVV2 solution and oversee all key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue tracking for the team. You will play a critical role in identifying new opportunities within the digital payment landscape and developing strategies that leverage solution artifacts and capabilities to define Visa’s participation in these opportunities, while also leading key AI initiatives. This position requires close collaboration with a diverse set of stakeholders — both internal and external — to deliver innovative solutions in the Brazilian market.
This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong digital vision and the ambition to transform the digital payments ecosystem, who can effectively communicate complex journeys and capabilities in a client-centric and easily understandable manner. This role will also encompass responsibilities across other digital products within Visa’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
Lead the Tap to Everything initiative, Visa Data Token program, Dynamic CVV2 solution ensuring successful execution and ongoing optimization.
Oversee and track all relevant KPIs and revenue to measure adoption, performance, and success of the initiatives.
Identify and evaluate new digital payment opportunities and trends and develop actionable strategies leveraging token-based infrastructure.
Lead AI initiatives to drive innovation and enhance Visa’s digital solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver and scale the solutions in the Brazilian market.
Drive the execution of digital product use cases, capabilities, and enhancements enabled for a broad client base.
Serve as a subject matter expert on the solutions, supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Articulate complex use cases, product journeys, and technical capabilities in a clear, client-centric manner.
Champion digital transformation and innovation, positioning Visa at the forefront of the evolving digital payments landscape.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Visa policies in all initiatives.
Continuously monitor and analyze market developments to inform strategy and maintain Visa’s competitive edge.
What we expect of you, day to day.
Be the technical subject matter expert for internal and external clients.
Be responsible for supporting the programs and solutions and manage the new changes.
Be responsible for operating plans, annual KPIs and creating plans for the Brazil market, based on alignment with client facing teams and go to market strategy.
Collaborate with key stakeholder to understand root cause of issues and develop operational and technical solutions where required to improve productivity.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop product requirement for productivity tools to prove implementations, onboarding, and ongoing related products. Ensure requirements were understood and implemented.
Work with cross functional teams including the hub Digital Solution teams, government relations, strategy, risk and Client Services teams, to support successful deal closure and provide support to clients and internal stakeholders which include activities such as setting goals, planning rollout activities, maintaining and regularly updating the project pipeline.
Manage launching new products, services, and programs, including day today technical and operational management in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Orchestrate joint roadmaps and product development with partner teams and hub leads, write product and business requirements, prioritization and follow through to successful roll out of the solution.
Candidate should have business acumen, strategic thinking and execution, a roll up the sleeve mentality, influencing skills, expertise in operational processes and improvements.
Capable to translate technical product requirements into operational workflows, integrations, and implementation flows, with future-proofing mindset.
Ability to communicate the process, approach, and impact of your product concept in verbal and visual presentation
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize the most important projects.
High aptitude to learn quickly, assimilate to new teams and projects, and work well under pressure with appropriate attention to detail
Must be self-motivated with an enthusiastic work ethic and able to solve problems with balance of independence and well solicited input, in structured and unstructured environments.
Ability to inspire and influence those around you, even without direct management responsibility, influencing stakeholders, and decision makers to drive the product agenda is imperative.

QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems Business or equivalent technical experience required
Must have working knowledge of Network and EMV tokens
Must have working knowledge of payments and network processing
Must have hands-on experience and knowledge of APIs
Proven ability and willingness to learn and implement new products on short notice
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze KPIs and data and to assess product and business performance must excel in KPI and data analysis
Detail oriented with a solid understanding of data and product performance metrics
Extensive experience working in cross functional teams
Understanding of payment processing VisaNet and the broader payment ecosystem is a plus
Ability to travel domestically and internationally approximately 10 to 20 percent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese
