About the Role
The Principal, Go-to-Market (GTM) Programs is a strategic role within the Strategic Growth Office at Eightfold. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Growth Office, this leader will drive critical GTM initiatives across the full go-to-market lifecycle, from market definition to post-sale experience. The Principal, GTM Programs will partner closely with and drive alignment and execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to ensure that Eightfold delivers compelling, market-ready solutions that accelerate growth and deliver value.
Responsibilities:
+ Lead end-to-end GTM program strategy and execution, including integrating Voice of Customer, market analysis and ICP definition, product-market fit and gap analysis, packaging and pricing, and partner strategy
+ Orchestrate new market entry motions by aligning Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience
+ Ensure readiness across all GTM functions , including implementation, sales enablement, market messaging, and post-sale delivery
+ Define and track success metrics for each program, ensuring clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes
+ Develop strategic frameworks and program operating models that scale across initiatives and geographies
+ Identify and resolve cross-functional gaps or risks to GTM execution, escalating as needed with clarity and context
+ Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, translating business priorities into actionable GTM programs
+ Leverage AI and automation to improve GTM program execution, efficiency, and impact
Qualifications:
+ 8+ years of experience in GTM strategy, management consulting, strategic programs, or cross-functional operations in enterprise SaaS or tech
+ Proven success leading complex, multi-stakeholder GTM initiatives from planning to execution
+ Strong ability to translate strategic goals into structured, measurable programs
+ Demonstrated success partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Customer teams to align and deliver cross-functional outcomes
+ Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
+ High degree of ownership, agility, and execution discipline
+ Familiarity with GTM analytics and program management tools
Nice to Haves:
+ Experience driving GTM readiness for new product introductions or major product expansions
+ Experience in talent tech, AI platforms, or enterprise solution selling
+ Consulting or strategic operations experience in a high-growth environment

Hybrid Work @ Eightfold: We embrace a hybrid work model that aims to boost collaboration, enhance our culture, and drive innovation through a blend of remote and in-person work. Starting May 1, 2025, employees residing near Santa Clara, California, will return to the office three times a week. Employees residing near our London, Bangalore, and Noida offices will return to the office twice a week with the goal of transitioning to three times per week within the year.

*Please note this role is open to our hub locations only and categorized as hybrid. The base salary range below is provided for pay transparency. Base pay is only one piece of our total compensation package as this role may be eligible for bonuses and equity awards. Compensation varies depending on a number of factors including qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Zone is determined by location.
Zone A: SF Bay Area & Greater NYC: Base Range: $160,000 to $215,000
Zone B: Greater Chicago, IL & Greater Atlanta, GA: Base Range: $135,000 to $185,000
