Description Strategic senior-level employee relations leader responsible for developing and executing ER strategies across Amazon Health's integrated healthcare operations, including Amazon Pharmacy and One Medical. Partners with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and Amazon's leadership principles Key job responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership & Business Partnership: Drive strategic ER initiatives across Amazon Health's ecosystem, Partner with senior leadership to influence organizational design and workforce strategy, Lead complex organizational changes and integration efforts between Pharmacy and One Medical, Provide data-driven insights to shape business decisions. 2. Complex ER Management : Handle high-visibility, complex employee relations issues, Manage cases involving multiple regulatory bodies, Lead sensitive matters involving licensed healthcare professionals, design long term Labor&ER Strategy. 3. Program Development & Implementation : Design and implement scalable ER programs across healthcare entities, Create integration strategies for acquired healthcare businesses, Develop standardized processes for healthcare-specific issues. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $225,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
