Job DescriptionThe Role
We are seeking a Principal, Change Management on an 18 month Fixed Term Contract to provide leadership and support to the respective supply chain leaders to define and deploy a clear and effective change plan, ensuring effective deployment of change related activities (including training, communications and access to key materials) which support the implementation.
This role will be based in our London Head Office. Anglo American currently operate a hybrid working agreement with 3 days a week required in the office. International travel will be required.
Key role requirements:
Define an overarching change management and communications strategy for supply chain transformation.Manage the change management and communication activities as a programme of work.Partner with respective programme leaders to ensure effective stakeholder identification and understanding.Oversee Change Impact Assessment work, to ensure change is understood and the change management plan addresses risks and needs identified.Equip the programme team and SC leadership with the tools and techniques required to ensure a highly effective change management plan.Work closely with the project PMO to ensure change activities are fully aligned with the project plan.Support the preparation and deployment of training materials ensuring their effectiveness for users and end-users.Responsible for the development and deployment of a programme to assess the effectiveness of the supply chain transformation.QualificationsRequired:
Bachelor degree level or equivalent, alternatively relevant tertiary qualification and proven track record of extensive practical experience in a role and context of similar complexityDesirable:
Post Graduate qualification.Technical skills / knowledge requirements:
