Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Capture Manager with a focus on Price to Win and Budget Analysis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing pricing strategies, conducting budget analysis, and leading capture efforts to secure new business opportunities. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of competitive pricing and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Price to Win strategies to enhance the competitiveness of proposals.Conduct thorough budget analysis to ensure proposals are financially sound and competitive.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and insights for pricing strategies.Lead and participate in pricing reviews and budget analysis sessions.Prepare and present detailed pricing and budget reports to senior management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing trends and competitor activities.Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations related to pricing and budgeting.Support the development of cost models and pricing templates to streamline the proposal process.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.Demonstrated proven track record of successful capture management with a focus on pricing and budget analysis.Demonstrated extensive experience leading and managing capture and change within large, complex systems.Demonstrated effective analytical and research skills.Familiarity with Black Hats and Win Strategy Workshops.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in the defense or aerospace industry.Familiarity with government contracting processes and regulations.

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $124K-231K.  For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $143K-266K.  This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
