The Creators Business Development team collaborates with strategic customers to build new, industry-specific partnership opportunities that directly impact and transform the way our Creators can partner, create, and earn at scale. Key job responsibilities The Amazon Influencer Program helps creators connect with customers and grow their businesses on Amazon. In this role, you’ll work directly with creator companies and creators—helping them reach new audiences, create content that resonates with shoppers, and earn through Amazon. You’ll build strong relationships, offer strategic guidance, and help creators and companies navigate how to best use our Amazon's tools and services. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of social platforms and creator behavior, along with experience in digital media, negotiation and partnerships. You’re comfortable using data to guide decisions, working through ambiguity, and managing multiple projects at once. You’re a clear communicator who can work cross-functionally and think creatively about new ways to support creator growth. The base pay for this position ranges from $158,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $262,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
