What will you do?Garantizar la excelencia en el servicio de restauración en todos los outlets del hotel (restaurante principal, restaurante temático, lobby bar, pool bar, room service, banquetes y eventos), liderando y motivando al equipo de F&B para ofrecer una experiencia de calidad cinco estrellas, alineada con los estándares de lujo y la filosofía del hotel.
Funciones principales:
-Gestión operativa
-Supervisar el servicio diario en los 4 outlets, room service y área de banquetes.
-Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y protocolos de servicio de lujo.
-Coordinar la operativa de grandes eventos y banquetes (segmento MICE), garantizando fluidez y excelencia en la ejecución.
-Verificar la correcta mise en place de cada servicio.
-Gestión del equipo
-Liderar, motivar y formar a un equipo de 50 personas, fomentando la cultura de excelencia y hospitalidad.
-Organizar turnos, vacaciones y refuerzos en base a la ocupación y los eventos programados.
-Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño y detectar necesidades de formación.
-Atención al cliente
-Recibir y fidelizar a los clientes más relevantes (VIPs, grupos corporativos, leisure premium).
-Gestionar quejas y sugerencias con rapidez, asegurando una solución satisfactoria.
-Ser imagen visible del hotel en los puntos de F&B, transmitiendo hospitalidad y profesionalismo.
-Gestión administrativa y de costes
-Controlar costes operativos (plantilla, consumos, mermas).
-Revisar escandallos y coordinarse con cocina para la rentabilidad de menús y banquetes.
-Colaborar con el departamento comercial en la preparación de presupuestos y ofertas para grupos MICE.
-Coordinación interdepartamental
-Colaborar estrechamente con Cocina, Comercial, Banquetes y Front Office.
-Participar en reuniones operativas para la planificación de eventos y servicios especiales.
-Alinear la oferta gastronómica con la estrategia global del hotel.
-Innovación y estándares de calidad
-Desarrollar propuestas de mejora continua en el servicio.
-Garantizar la correcta aplicación de normas de higiene, APPCC y seguridad alimentaria.
-Mantenerse actualizado en tendencias gastronómicas, de mixología y de servicio de lujo.
