Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 across all phases: permitting, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather schedule inputs and updates.
Create and maintain milestone, critical path, and lookahead schedules.
Monitor progress and performance against baseline schedules and provide variance analysis.
Conduct schedule review meetings and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Support resource loading and manpower forecasting across multiple concurrent projects.
Ensure schedule compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
