Join us and build _your_ ambition. **Objective & Overview** As a member of the Coldwater site team, the Primary Plant Operator position will execute the daily tasks of maintaining and operating an aggregate processing plant in accordance with Amrize’s best practices and policies as well as perform all administration related to the equipment’s operation. **Responsibilities** 1. Operations: Daily operations of a stationary crushing plant. Meeting safety and production targets 2. Safety: Promote safety culture through engagement with employees, Joint Health and Safety Coordinators, subcontractors and suppliers, implementation and maintenance of local and regional initiatives with an objective of “zero” safety incidents. Promotes safety policies, processes and review procedures to ensure that site meets or exceeds all Amrize and Regulatory guidelines. Ensure that the plant and surrounding site is kept safe, presentable, and functional. 3. Equipment: Ensure assigned equipment is operated to original equipment manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. 4. Plant Maintenance:Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and annual inspections regarding preventative maintenance actions are scheduled and completed. 5. Other:Perform other duties as assigned to assist in the efficient operation of the plant and site.
