Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 (depending on experience)

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:
* Provide support across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2 classrooms
* Deliver focused one-to-one and small group interventions
* Assist with planning and delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
* Support pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEN
* Contribute to school life through extra-curricular clubs and events

Primary Graduate Teaching Assistant - Candidate Requirements:
* A 2:1 or higher degree from a Russell Group university (preferably in English, maths, science, education or a related subject)
* A genuine interest in teaching and child development
* Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
* A proactive, reliable, and adaptable attitude
* Prior experience working with children (e.g. tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable
