Make an Impact.We’re looking for a skilled, people-focused leader to oversee daily operations at our Lakeside and Bigfork primary care clinics. In this role, you’ll guide a dedicated team, ensure exceptional patient experiences, and keep our clinics running smoothly—day in and day out. What You’ll Do + Supervise daily operations to deliver top-tier patient care. + Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management for clinic staff. + Foster a positive, team-oriented culture that prioritizes patient satisfaction. + Manage budgets, monitor performance, and improve efficiency. + Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and quality standards. What We’re Looking For + 2+ years in a physician practice role & 1+ year of leadership experience (required). + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. + Proven ability to inspire teams and maintain operational excellence. + Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or business (preferred). + Financial and budget management experience (preferred). Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week.
