Callen-Lorde is seeking a Primary Care Provider (PCP) to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. As a PCP at Callen-Lorde, you key responsibilities will include: Clinical Care + Conduct patient screenings, examinations, diagnoses, and treatments across the lifespan. + Provide care that is respectful, compassionate, unbiased, and consistent with evidence-based guidelines. + Deliver care in scheduled 20-40 minute appointments and ensure timely follow-up on patient needs, test results, and referrals. + Document all care promptly in the electronic health record (EPIC). + Provide primary care services, including care for patients living with HIV and primary care for people of transgender experience (training available if new to these areas). Collaboration & Coordination + Make appropriate internal and external referrals. + Work effectively within a team-based care model, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Quality & Professional Development + Participate in quality improvement initiatives and case conferences. + Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including continuing medical education. Work Schedule: + Three morning/daytime shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM + Two evening shifts: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM + Optional Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM CompensationThe salary range for this position will be commensurate with the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate. + Physicians (MD/DO) Family Medicine and Pediatrics $200,000.00 - $260,000.00 + Physicians (MD/DO) Internal Medicine $205,000.00 – 265,000.00 Additional differential of $10,000 annually for obtaining and maintaining Board Certifications in the areas of MDs and DO's - Infectious Disease, Endocrinology, Geriatrics, and Adolescence Medicine.
