Join our thriving multi-specialty practice which has been in the community for over 30 years. **Practice Details:** + **14 provider primary care** practice which includes 11 Physicians and 3 Advanced Practice Providers. + Patient encounters average approximately **15-18** **patients per day.** + **Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.** + **Fully integrated** Electronic Medical Record (EPIC). **Qualifications:** + Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program. + BC/BE through NCCPA. + Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. + Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota. + Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges. + **2 years of Physician Assistant experience required.** **Community Information:** Fairview Clinics – Oxboro (https://www.fairview.org/locations/fairview-clinics-bloomington-oxboro#care-team) is located in Bloomington, Minnesota which is the third-largest city in Minnesota and home of the Mall of America and the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport.
