Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive physical exams and medical histories. + Diagnose and treat a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions. + Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and interpret results accurately. + Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. + Provide preventive care services, including vaccinations and screenings. + Collaborate with specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated patient care. + Maintain detailed electronic health records (EHR) for streamlined documentation. + Educate patients on disease prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Qualifications + Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution. + Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. + Valid New Jersey medical license. + Proven clinical expertise and diagnostic proficiency. + Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach. + Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment. + Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education. + Base Salary + Productivity Bonus + Sign on bonus and Relocation allowance – Negotiable. + Can take visa candidates (J1, H1B, O1) Pay Transparency Saint Clare's Health offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $220,000 to $250,000 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
