Position Highlights:
Practice Primary Care to the full scope of your license! Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Possibility of a 4-day work week Minimal call time Average/Goal of 18 – 20 patients per day The culture is one of cohesion and clinic transformation We are influencing change on a national scale while still maintaining the culture and community or our local organizations Patient rooms, office space and Medical Assistants will be ready for you on day one

Required Qualifications:
Current MD/DO medical license in the state of Colorado or ability to attain Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine, or in the process of obtaining certification Colorado Pharmacy/DEA Registration if applicable to practice
Preferred Qualifications:
Fluency in Epic EMR systems & technology Experience in providing patient care under a Global Risk/Medicare Advantage Model
The salary range for this role is $ $226,000 to $ $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
