We close at 12:30pm every Friday from Memorial Day through Labor Day — giving our team more time to relax, recharge, and enjoy the summer sunshine! Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field + LGBTQ culturally competent by virtue of education, training, experience, or a combination thereof + Minimum one year of experience working with children, youth and families + Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder + Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a car Benefits: + 4 Day work week! Work four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday! + Summer Fun Fridays!
