Deal Desk Support + Develop, calculate, and maintain labor rate build-ups in support of quoting and bid activity. + Map component codes to enable profit modeling and margin analysis. + Act as a key liaison between the pricing team and functions such as Sales, Operations, and Finance to support the deal desk process. + Serve as the curator and owner of all offline profit models to ensure accuracy and version control. 1. ISP Implementation Support + Assist with the conversion of legacy contracts into the new ISP system. + Support catalog maintenance and participate in triage and hypercare activities post-deployment. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve implementation issues and ensure smooth transitions. 1. Contract Administration + Monitor and manage ISP contract maintenance tasks, including tracking SLA adherence for contract workbench requests. + Partner with the GCC Support Team to ensure timely communication and resolution of contract-related inquiries or discrepancies. 1. Annual Pricing & Costing Activities + Support annual rationalization of component codes to improve pricing accuracy and system usability. + Assist with the yearly recalculation of costs and standard rate prices (SRPs), including data validation and system updates. + Bachelors degree in Business/Finance/Chemistry/Environmental Science/Related field + 0 - 2 years of experience in a similar role + Excellent interpersonal skills + Negotiation skills + Administration and organizational skills + Ability to multi-task + Ability to meet deadlines + Ability to communicate and work with all levels of management and employees + Environmental Industry experience; Experience in sales or company organizations **Clean Harbors** is the leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico.
