What does a successful Proposal Specialist do?

Be on the leading edge of helping to secure client relationships for one of the world’s most admired companies. Become a trusted specialist in pricing matters to our sales team for your specific product set, playing an integral part of a growing team, organization, and company at Fiserv. As a Proposal Specialist, you will be a key player in ensuring that our pricing proposals are timely, accurate, and impactful.

What you will do:

Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Product Management, Finance, and Contract Admin to create renewal or migration deals for existing Fiserv Accounts.Become a subject matter expert on pricing for particular products/product sets.Interface with various internal departments and subject matter experts to coordinate necessary information.Support Account Executives/Sales in the pursuit of new business opportunities.Ensure proposal pricing responses are current, accurate, complete, and of high quality before release.Submit pricing proposals on time, ensuring that all corporate and business unit processes are followed.Perform other duties as required.

What you will need to have:

3+ years of experience in proposal writing or pricing within a relevant industry.3+ years of experience in business, sales support or a related role.3+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.3+ years of experience interfacing with sales teams or supporting sales activities.3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Certification or coursework in pricing strategy or proposal management.

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
