We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pricing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Pricing Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our pricing strategies, managing pricing systems and processes, and ensuring accuracy and consistency in pricing across Zimmer Biomet in EMEA focusing on Emerging Markets. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, and Commercial, to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional with a passion for pricing and operational excellence.

How You'll Create Impact

Your role will have multiple focus areas within the Pricing team:

 

Pricing Operations ManagementPricing Strategy and AnalysisPricing Governance and ComplianceCollaboration and Communication

 

On a daily basis you will:

 

Insert new prices into SAP, perform pricing adjustments into the systemManage Pricing Data (i.e cleaning SAP from obsolete/not active/not allowed products, reviewing Price inputs in SAP)Maintain and enhance pricing systems, tools, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient pricing executionMonitor pricing-related processes in SAP, identify any issues or discrepancies, and resolve them efficientlyRegularly review and update pricing information in the system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels and platformsInterpret data from SAP and other systems to provide ongoing reportsAnalyze pricing data, including costs, margins, to make data-driven recommendations for pricing optimizationEnsure compliance with pricing policies, thresholds of pricing approval escalation process, legal requirements, and industry regulationsMonitor and enforce pricing controls and procedures to prevent pricing errorsConduct periodic audits to validate pricing accuracy and address any compliance-related issuesGenerate SAP reports for country for audit purposesPartner with Sales, Finance, Commercial, Customer Ops, and IT teams to provide pricing insightsCommunicate pricing policies, strategies, changes, and updates to stakeholdersCollaborate with other teams to define and implement pricing rules, guidelines, and proceduresWhat Makes You Stand Out Excel KnowledgeSolid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex structures and datasetsExcellent attention to detailTeam player, high degree of flexibility and responsivenessCan-do mind mindsetYour Background Proficiency in SAP and experience working with master dataExperience in pricing related operations, preferably within the MedTech or healthcare industryBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related fieldMasters in data analytics or statistics is a plusStrong written and verbal command of EnglishA natural aptitude for mathematics and statistics, ability to think analyticallyTravel Expectations
