Pricing Manager

Join our dynamic Animal Health team as a Pricing Manager, where your expertise will directly influence profitability, competitiveness, and customer value. As Pricing Manager, you’ll be at the heart of commercial strategy—partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Global teams to develop and execute pricing initiatives that drive growth and market success. You’ll empower the business to make smarter, faster decisions through insightful pricing analysis and scenario modelling. This is a hybrid role based in Bracknell Head Office. **WHAT YOU’LL DO** **Lead Pricing Strategy & Execution** • Own the end-to-end pricing process, including list price reviews, rebate reviews, promotional pricing analysis and commercial frameworks updates • Ensure timely and accurate system updates across pricing platforms **Deliver Insightful Reporting** • Advance customer net sales and margin reporting • Monitor global pricing corridors and drive corrective actions • Evaluate pricing and rebate decisions to inform future strategy **Model Scenarios & Conduct Research** • Enhance internal pricing tools and collaborate on product pricing simulations • Partner with Marketing and Finance on pricing research and forecasting • Facilitate pricing workshops to drive innovation and alignment **Support Tender Success** • Develop and refine tender modelling templates • Challenge existing frameworks to improve win rates • Ensure global alignment and best practice sharing **Champion Training & Compliance** • Act as the central contact for pricing training and documentation • Ensure all processes align with global SOPs and legal requirements **REQUIREMENTS** • Bachelor’s degree or finance qualification • Comfortable with large datasets along with excellent Microsoft Excel skills • Proven experience in commercial operations and pricing strategy • Strong financial acumen and project management skills • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration • Experience in veterinary or FMCG environments is a plus • Excellent communication, planning, and prioritisation skills • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a passion for continuous improvement **WHY THIS IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK** Boehringer Ingelheim has been recognised as a Top Employer in the UK.
