Pricing Manager
Job Description Salary: The base salary for this position is £68,000 – £76,000 per year. The base salary offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) will also be provided as part of the package, impacting the total compensation. Schedule: Monday–Thursday in-office, Friday remote. We’re looking for a dynamic Manager, Pricing & Profit Management to lead data-driven strategies that balance customer value, supplier growth, and long-term profitability across the UK & Ireland. Operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, you’ll own critical pricing decisions, influence senior leadership, and guide a high-performing team to deliver measurable impact. What you will do Pricing Strategy & Profitability + Design and execute pricing strategies that optimise margins, supplier growth, and customer value. + Translate data into actionable strategies that fuel long-term sustainable growth. Financial Planning & Forecasting + Partner with Finance to model business scenarios, assess risks and opportunities, and inform investment decisions. + Own forecasting methodologies to anticipate pricing and demand trends. Analytics & Insights + Leverage SQL, Excel, BigQuery, Python/R and other tools to uncover patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend action. + Present data-driven insights that shape commercial and executive decision-making. Stakeholder Influence & Collaboration + Act as the pricing expert within cross-functional teams, aligning with Finance, Marketing, Supplier Partnerships, Engineering, and Analytics. + Influence senior leadership with clear, structured recommendations that balance multiple business priorities. Leadership & Team Development + Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts. + Build a collaborative, high-performance culture that thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Who you will be A commercially strategic operator who thrives at the intersection of analytics and decision-making. You combine deep technical skills with the ability to simplify complexity for senior leaders, and you’re motivated by driving measurable business impact. What you will have Essential + Proven experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or a related analytical field. + Advanced skills in SQL and Excel (with additional expertise in BigQuery and Python/R an advantage). + Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance customer, supplier, and profitability goals. + Ability to turn complex data into actionable insights that inform business strategy. + Excellent communication skills with proven experience influencing senior stakeholders. + Structured, proactive problem-solver comfortable in high-velocity, dynamic environments.
