YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

To control process for P&R in order to realize and maintain appropriate market access of BYL products, by planning, preparing and executing optimal access strategy for new and marketed products in collaboration with internal stakeholders.To provide NHI price estimation, in order to contribute for decision for licensing or development and for budgeting, by estimating likelihood to be reimbursed and future NHI prices in collaboration with internal stakeholdersTo Correspond for P&R authorities, in order to obtain appropriate result smoothly, by preparing materials, responding to request, attending to hearings with the authorities for P&R negotiation, NHI price revision, Re-pricing, product supply issues, product de-listing etc.To contribute Industry groups’ activity, in order to keep good communication with P&R specialists from other companies and be able to obtain fruitful information, by joining to committees, industry projects, maintaining study group(s) etc.To enhance awareness of necessary information on Health Policy, NHI system, Pricing rule to related functions, in order to exploit them or respect rules, by collecting, analyzing and informing them including internal training on P&R to new employee, sales and necessary functions.To co-work with Early Commercialization for access strategy development to maximize the value of assets in P&RTo co-work with Health Economics manager to sustain NHI price in case of HTA analysis

 

 

WHO YOU ARE:

 

University degreeAt least several years of experience in a pricing/ health economics role or supporting roleExperiences in estimating NHI prices for pipeline products is preferredKnowledge of cost-effectiveness evaluation and experiences in HTA are preferredFluent in Japanese and in English
