**Description:**
You will be a Pricing/Estimating Manager, leading a team that supports complex proposal efforts and business cases for the Lower Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense portfolio\. Our team is responsible for driving pricing and estimating strategies that win business and grow our portfolio\.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As a Pricing/Estimating Manager, you will lead a team of individual contributors, driving bid and negotiation strategies, and interfacing with Program Executive leadership\. You will engage with external customers, foster process innovations, and ensure compliance with FAR and DFAR requirements\.

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position is located at a facility that requires special access\. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance\. A company\-sponsored interim secret is required to start\.
**Basic Qualifications:**
\- Experience leading major program proposals \(Production, Development, and Sustainment\)
\- In depth knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and Cost & Pricing Data requirements
\- Experience being primary Estimating interface for customer negotiations and DCAA audits
\- Primary Estimating focal point for strategy and delegation review discussions with Executive Leadership
\- Strong cross functional collaboration skills
\- Established capability of working with Pricing/Estimating Systems \(Pro Pricer, EFS, etc\.\) as well as advanced Excel concepts \(Pivot Tables, VLookups, SumIfs, etc\.\)
\- Strong, clear communication skills to influence decision making and stakeholder buy\-in
**Desired Skills:**
\- Established leadership skills either through formal management position or Team Lead identification
\- Prior experience leading teams/individuals through system transitions
\- Proven ability to enhance tools and processes
\- Experience with Foreign Military Sales \(FMS\), Direct Commercial Sales \(DCS\), and other non\-standard types of proposals
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
