The Pricing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the internal and external price lists, new item on-boarding, pricing changes, promotions, volume pricing, discount matrices, internal catalog, cost & PC associated cost, eligibility rules, and customer contract pricing. Other tasks will include strategic analysis in cooperation with the pricing committee supporting our partner program and non-partner relationships. The incumbent is responsible for managing the ERP pricing model with analytical support for identifying strategic effectiveness associated with market conditions, competitor actions, and channel fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
+ Work closely with Product Management, Finance, Channel, and Sales Operations for the launch of new products, changes to existing prices, discounts, and promotions
+ Work with the Customer Master and Product Master data management teams to track pricing activities and validate accuracy
+ Maintain system price lists supporting new product launches
+ Maintain system discount matrices supporting strategic business decisions
+ Maintain system promotions, volume pricing, customer market specific pricing, and customer contract pricing
+ Assignment of price group upon SKU orderable status
+ Triage pricing issues and offer solutions
+ Record and track pricing activities for metrics
+ Set eligibility rules in compliance with the partner program and custom products
+ Price concession related SKU cost setup, using information from the Finance department
+ Pricing related analytics, as required
+ Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Preferred Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred
Preferred Work Experience (years):
+ 1 year of work experience in related field
Key Skills and Competencies:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
+ Ability to work independently with general instructions on routine work
+ Strong analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills
+ Experience with Siebel is a plus
