Position Summary
· The Pricing Business Partner Analyst will be responsible for achieving strategic pricing excellence and partnering with business teams on Secure Powers' product division, through three key activities\: Price Management, Price Measurement, and process and improvement management. As a member of the Secure Powers Global Price, the ideal candidate will report to the Global Pricing Digital Transformation & Business Analysis leader.
Responsibilities\:
· The Pricing Business Partner Analyst will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies, conducting financial analysis, and leveraging data analytics to optimize pricing models for achieving growth.

· In doing so, the Pricing Business Partner Analyst will\:
· Provide regular analytical support on the impact of regional price actions and conduct reviews with regional teams.
· Partner with the Finance Business Partner to review and audit important reports.
· Digitize and automate reports and tools.
· • Work with Digital Transformation Project Managers to provide necessary data analysis for specific pricing projects.
· • Maintain recurring tasks on a weekly and monthly basis and complete ad hoc reports on time.
· • Track and analyze the impacts of forex, competitive, and industry pricing trends, and report on results and recommendations.
· • Resolve data discrepancies as they arise to accurately represent the data and information.
· • Develop, independently build, and manage pricing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support pricing decision-making. To be successful in this role, the analyst would represent the core SE value of ‘Act like an Owner’ along the reporting chain.
Essential Requirements\:
· BA/BS degree in Business/Economics/Statistics/Marketing/Quantitative or related field with a minimum of three years’ experience in analytics, preferably in pricing.
· Strong understanding of financial modeling and pricing strategies
· Certified & Senior Expertise in Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and Python is a Must
· Senior Expertise in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Azure) is a Must.
· Advanced knowledge in Predictive Analysis and neural Networking is an option.
· ERP Agnostic ( Oracle & SAP)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
· Strong presentation skills.
· Strong aptitude for working with numbers.
· Must be able to work effectively in a global team environment.
· Excellent attention to detail, goal-oriented, and willingness to work with cross-functional teams.
· Ability to multitask, set priorities and know how to manage his/her time, and take ownership of projects.
