**Date Posted:** 2025-06-04 **Country:** Italy **Location:** MICROTECNICA SRL, TORINO, Italy **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **What You Will Do** The chosen candidate will be supporting the Pricing Managers in preparing various types of commercial proposals for the Aftermarket business. + Provide support to develop detailed request for estimates which are used to kick off proposals + Support the development and understanding of proposals + Work with other functions from across the company to develop the labor, material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts + Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools + Ensure proposals comply with basic internal requirements + Monitor and report on the progress of the update of the price lists and catalogues + Monitor and report on the progress of the request for quotations **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s or an Advanced Degree in a related field + English language proficiency B or C levels + Experience with Excel (i.e. basic formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, etc.) **Qualifications We Prefer** + Possess good investigative abilities and organizational skills + Demonstrated ability to consistently meeting deadlines in a schedule driven environment + Effective planning and scheduling skills that lead to the completion of proposal efforts in accordance to customer and company requirements + The ability to work well in teams + Oral and written communication skills + The ability to follow and apply internal and external regulations to the development of company proposals _RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
