Your Work Matters

As a Merchandising Pricing Analyst, you’ll be the hidden force behind price accuracy, margin protection, and system-wide trust in our data. What you touch impacts every sale we make—from the signs on our store shelves to the systems our merchants depend on. Your analytical rigor, process ownership, and strategic insight make sure that what we sell, we sell right.

Your Day Consists Of

· Owning every aspect of cost and retail price updates—from initial input to final validation—in our enterprise systems

· Collaborating cross-functionally with Merchants, District Merchandising Managers, Marketing, and Store Support to ensure pricing reflects both business strategy and real-world execution

· Conducting price impact and margin elasticity analysis that directly influences revenue decisions

· Enhancing automated pricing tools and signage systems while supporting store teams with pricing inquiries and troubleshooting

· Leading pricing process improvements and system SOP updates, driving better efficiency and fewer errors across the board

· Acting as the go-to pricing subject matter expert for both store teams and SSC partners

You’ll Be Successful With

· 5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, merchandising, or retail data analysis—ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional retail environment

· Strong command of Excel, Power BI, and SQL to not just analyze but guide pricing strategy

· Deep attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture

· Clear, professional communication skills and the confidence to partner with stakeholders from store floor to C-suite

· Experience owning and improving retail pricing systems or signage programs—especially in an enterprise setting

· A mindset that balances precision with adaptability; you’re process-oriented, but never stuck in process
