The Pricing Analyst will report to the Manager, Pricing. This is a Full-Time Position. **What You Will Do:** It’s our mission to deliver analytics, insights, and pricing strategies which maximize profitability. Along with managing these pricing strategies, you would help foster an energizing culture of excellence, encouragement, and ownership. Every day as a Pricing Analyst is different! On any one day you might: + Perform detailed data and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of initiatives, measure key business performance metrics, and determine continuous improvement opportunities + Support the implementation and project management of pricing initiatives to ensure a streamlined go-to-market process + Work with large and complex data sets to develop actionable insights and support strategic recommendations for key stakeholders and leaders + Engage in a variety of key partnerships across the company to ensure alignment and long-term success across organizations **Required Qualifications & Skills:** + At least 1-3 years of relevant business analytics experience + Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey data and analysis to partners at all levels + Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision + Data analytics experience and exposure to associated database applications (e.g., Snowflake, SQL and Tableau), with aptitude to write queries and build financial models + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Solutions-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving team objectives + Robust sense of responsibility, ownership, and pride in delivering accurate and high-quality results **Preferred Qualifications:** + Pricing and/or revenue management experience + Knowledge of Disney Theme Park & Resorts operations, business units, and product offerings + Business acumen with proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills + Demonstrated leadership experience + Strong commitment to team culture **Required Education:** + Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or other quantitative field or equivalent **Preferred Education:** + Master's Degree **Additional Information:** Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
