The Opportunity:

Avantor is looking for a dedicated Pricing Analyst to join our Global Customer Pricing & Reporting organization.  The successful candidate will serve as a business partner to the sales organization to drive pricing strategies that deliver growth, profitability and support Avantor’s customer needs. 

This role is full-time/ hybrid at Avantor’s corporate headquarters in Radnor, PA.

We are seeking a detail-oriented / self-motivated team player with an equal balance of pricing knowledge, analytics, and interpersonal skills. Process improvement is a big part of our culture and, as such, having transformational project experience would be a plus. This subject matter expert will:

Analyze, evaluate and implement pricing to improve profitability and growth.Support implementation and compliance with customer contracts related to pricing.Provide support and make recommendations to assigned Sales Managers and Sales Representatives regarding contracts, pricing and reporting.Perform price analysis to craft and recommend price strategies in RFP / Tender opportunities.Support the internal and external compliance activities, specifically with monitoring and auditing routine price changes, uniform pricing requirements and other key terms and conditions as required.Evaluate and implement updates to contracts based on corporate driven changes and initiatives (price change from supplier, fx).Support process improvement / transformation projects.Perform other duties as assigned.
