Pricing Analyst

Eaton Corporation Marketing & Commercial Operations (MCO) Division is currently seeking a Pricing Analyst to join the team. This position is based at our Arden, NC location with a hybrid work from home and office model.  

 

What you’ll do:

The pricing analyst will support the Component Pricing Organization in maximizing the overall profit contribution of the business, by managing and identifying pricing opportunities, driving pricing processes and standardization that align with market and customer expectations, and collaborating with divisions, field sales, and finance to align pricing activities.


In this function you will: 

Own the General Price Increase (GPI) process for CPRO; collaborate with Legacy Eaton product divisions, IT, marketing, data quality, sales, and other functions to ensure timely implementationOwn the ongoing pricing of government solicitations, solar accounts, and/or national accounts for key distributor partnersUtilize systems and tools such as Vista, SAP, PowerBI, QlikView, Excel, MS Access, and others for analysis and identification of price improvement areas or opportunitiesPerform root cause analysis for issues that arise in pricing; propose and implement system solutions and drive ongoing improvementsPerform timely completion of monthly team KPI trackingBe a key resource for development testing on new tools or tool enhancementsPresent and train, as needed, to a variety of audiences on a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: pricing concepts, price data structure, data analysis, pricing and data proceduresCreate and implement standardization of pricing data processes and activities where possiblePerform other pricing and analysis tasks and projects, as assignedQualifications:

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, financial analysis, pricing, or similar experienceRelocation is not being offered. Candidate must reside within a 50-mile radius of Arden, NC. Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or

The expected annual salary range for this role is $83250.0 - $122100.0 a year.
