Pricing Analyst

The core role of the pricing team is to support ADI’s business functions by implementing customer and trade price changes with the ERP and PROS systems; ensure customer price lists are accurate and issued in a timely manner; create reports and make recommendations on opportunities to improve profitability. 

This position involves close cooperation with both the sales and product management teams as well dealing with customer pricing queries. 

 

Your core responsibilities as Pricing Administrator will involve: 

Maintaining and updating trade pricing, customer pricing & pricing floors in the ERP accurately, effectively and to deadline. Ensuring price changes comply with pricing policy, procedures and approvals are adhered to Addressing internal and external pricing queries in a timely manner Ensuring customer price lists are issued and communicated accurately and to deadline Work with Product Management and Marketing teams to establish ways to implement promotional requirements within the ERP capabilities Communicating pricing actions to all stakeholders Create reports, review and make recommendations on margin and price override opportunities Manage vendor price support and partner discount schemes, liaise with sales, product management and finance to ensure the correct discounts are applied to customers, are claimed and correctly accounted for Support best practice sharing across EMEA businesses and drive continuous improvement on processes and ways of working Apply sound financial discipline to all company operations to enhance profitability Drive compliance with company pricing initiatives Be willing and ready to work on other duties as assigned 

 

YOU MUST HAVE: 

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Macros, and data analysis tools.Strong organization and time management skills to execute multiple projects with tight deadlines. Fluent in spoken and written English & CzechThe ability to apply sound financial thinking to the proposed actions to be taken and understand the potential outcomes
